At CandleMania, we strive to get your candles to you quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Larger orders might take a longer processing time. In this event, we will work directly with you to provide a more accurate processing time depending on when you need the items by.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time rates from our carriers. Rates are determined by your order’s weight, size, destination, and the shipping speed you select.

    Delivery Times

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

    Carriers We Use

    We primarily ship via USPS ground advantage. Ground advantage allows for us to provide insurance of a product for up to a $100 in the event that our carrier damages your order or loses it.

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

    Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve the issue.
    • CandleMania.us is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. For such cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services.
    • Some candle products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain states or countries due to material regulations.
