Return and Refund Policy
At CandleMania, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below for details.
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• If your order is incorrect OR arrives damaged, contact us at CandleMania.us@gmail.com for a quick resolution.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Custom, personalized or wholesale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Shipping
• Customers are NOT responsible for return shipping costs if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Return's are processed through USPS.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at CandleMania.US@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you will be asked to provide proof of damage with photos and/or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on the return process and where to send the item(s).
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If Approved for a refund, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method after we receive the damaged or incorrect order. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at CandleMania.US@Gmail.com or call us at (678) 559-7921.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We will request photos of the damage for verification purposes and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• Orders that arrive damaged MUST be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Once you are eligible for a return, we will quickly exchange your item or issue a refund once the order is returned back to us.
Exchanges
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges unless your order arrives damaged. If you’d like a different product, we recommend placing a new order as products returned cannot be guaranteed to arrive back to us in the condition you received it in.
